Mixed Ability Pilates

9:30am- 10:15am
7:45pm - 8:30pm

A low impact class, suitable for all abilities.

Controlled and progressive exercises improving strength, flexibility and posture with a specific focus on the core. 

Interval Pilates


Short on time? Why not try my 30minute Interval Pilates class...

This class combines the controlled exercises in our regular Pilates classes with set intervals, resulting in a full body workout targeting muscles in a different way. 

Gentle Pilates

9:30am - 10:30am

This class is designed for those 50+ or those returning to exercise after injury or illness. 

We will focus on stretching and strengthening, with an all over body workout. 

It’ll be gentle enough to be suitable for everyone - maybe you’re suffering from lower back pain, sciatica, achy shoulders or other conditions. 

Pregnancy Pilates

5:30pm - 6:00pm

If you are in your 1st or 2nd Trimester...why not join us! 

The benefits of doing Pilates during pregnancy just keeps going...Reduces back pain, Controls your breathing, Strengthens your pelvic floor, core & legs, Helps prevent aches and pains, Improves balance, Relaxation and more.

Barre Strength

7:00pm - 7:45pm

A fun energising whole body workout that’s suitable from beginners to pros. It combines the traditional elements of a ballet class with a fitness twist, strengthening and conditioning the whole body.


7:00pm - 7:30pm

Have you been sat at a desk all day? Or maybe you have had a hard week? Try this 30minute class where we slow things right down and focus on mobilising and stretching the whole body.

Mums & Tots Fitness Pilates

Suspended due to Covid

Fitness Pilates, where babies and toddlers can come too...A 45 minute mixed ability Pilates class where we encourage little ones to join in the fun whilst teaching you a fab all body exercise class. Suitable for mums with tots up to 5 years old.
