30 or 60 minute sessions to focus on your Pilates fitness. We break down the exercises and work on your technique, control and strength. You will work at the level and pace that is right for you and with the attention and bespoke program that you will receive, you will see benefits and results sooner than you would in a class.
If you don't fancy doing it on your own, why not bring a friend, family member or colleague and do a 2:1 session!
